SHRIMP TACOS Avocado Mash, Watermelon, Feta Crumble

  1. 2 cups Small- Medium Raw Shrimp (Peeled & De-Veined)
  2. ⅓ cup Casillero del Diablo Sauvignon Blanc
  3. ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro
  4. 2 each Limes
  5. Soft or Crunchy Taco shell (Preference-based)
  6. Salt and Black pepper
  7. Canola Oil
  1. 1 cup Small Dice Watermelon
  2. 5 each Thinly Sliced Radishes
  3. 1 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
  1. 5 each Avocados
  2. 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  3. 2-3 each Fine Chop Shallots (Rinsed)
  4. 1-2 each Finely Chopped Jalapeno (De-Seeded)
  5. 1 tbsp. Crushed Capers
  6. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  7. ½ -1 Lime Juice
  8. ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro
  9. Salt and Black Pepper
  1. Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
  2. In hot pan, sauté shrimp about 1minute.
  3. Add Casillero del Diablo Sauvignon Blanc. Let wine evaporate from pan.
  4. Season with lime juice, salt/pepper, and chopped cilantro.
  5. Place shrimp in taco shell.
  6. Garnish with *Avocado Mash, watermelon, radish, feta crumbles, and fresh squeezed lime.
  7. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
  8. Mash together with fork until desired consistency.
  9. Enjoy with Casillero del Diablo Sauvignon Blanc!
