Ingredients
  1. 4 boneless pork chops
  2. Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  3. 2T olive oil
  4. 3 T onion, diced fine
  5. ¼ cup Casillero del Diablo Red Wine
  6. 1/4 cup KIKKOMAN® Teriyaki Baste and
  7. Glaze with Honey & Pineapple
  8. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard (smooth)
  9. 1 teaspoon chili pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. Season the pork medallions with pepper to taste. Add half of the oil to a hot skillet and add the seasoned pork and sear for 2 minutes per side. When pork is just done, remove from heat and place on serving plates. Add 1 tablespoon oil and onions to the same pan and sauté for one minute. Add the wine, teriyaki sauce, mustard and chili pepper flakes. Stir to combine and simmer for 2 minutes. Pour sauce over pork and serve immediately!
