Ingredients
  1. 2c. White sugar
  2. 1 ¾ c. AP Flour
  3. ¾ c. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  4. 1 ½ tsp. Baking Powder
  5. 1 ½ tsp. Baking Soda
  6. 1 tsp. Salt
  7. 2 Eggs
  8. 1 c. Milk
  9. ½ c. Vegetable or Canola Oil
  10. 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  11. 1 c. Casillero del Diablo Cabernet Sauvignon
  12. ¼ c. Expresso
  13. 8oz. Chocolate Pudding
GLAZE
  1. Juice from 1 large orange
  2. 2 c. Confectioners Sugar
  3. ¼ c. Heavy Cream
Instructions
  1. -Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour cake pan and set aside.
  2. -In mixing bowl mix together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda. Once combined add Eggs, milk, oil, vanilla, Casillero del Diablo Cabernet, expresso, and chocolate pudding. Mix until well combined then pour into prepared baking pan.
  3. -Bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
  4. -While cake is baking. In medium mixing bowl, squeeze juice from one large orange and combine it with confectioners sugar and heavy cream. Once combined set aside.
  5. -Spread Orange Glaze around cake and top with fresh Raspberries and Blackberries.
